Our property screening system brings these evaluation criteria together to determine whether each property meets our acquisition standards and long-term investment goals. Each property is selected for acquisition, identified for further review, or declined.

• Rental Demand — Comparable rents, tenant demand, voucher suitability, and occupancy potential.

• Financial Performance — Financing, operating expenses, projected cash flow, and capacity to support investor payments.
